Order Confirmation & Status

After you make your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours.

You can also track the status of your order online by signing into your account at EcoTools.com. You can view all past and current orders and their status under Orders located in the My Account tab.

Order Changes/Cancellations

EcoTools will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Our system processes orders immediately to distribute products quickly and accurately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

If your order or items ordered are cancelled, please expect an email from us, which will include a detailed explanation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you would like additional details about why an order or specific items may have been cancelled, please call us directly at 1-884-284-0778.

Product Availability

EcoTools makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.

In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

Shipping

General Information

Shipping occures on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Orders will be shipped via UPS and UPS SurePost; this allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. After your order leaves our warehouse, typical ground transit times are 5-7 business days for Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping reduces transit time, but not order processing time. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

If you have a registered account you can review the status of your order by clicking on My Account and then navigating to Orders.

For additional information regarding your order, please refer to your order email confirmation which will include a tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order via the carrier's website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please ensure the address you are entering is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with insufficient or undeliverable addresses.

If your order has already processed, we cannot modify the address. If your package is undeliverable, you will be notified as soon as the package is returned to our facility

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost depends on the destination and the total weight of the package. The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds

We will issue refunds for (1) damaged items, (2) defective items, or (3) wrong items shipped, within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the low cost nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons. As we are certain you will understand, only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective). The item must have been purchased on EcoTools.com. If you purchased an EcoTools item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

If you need to return an item for one of these three reasons, please contact us at 1-884-284-0778 within 7 days of receipt. If the return is authorized, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and request that you send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the below steps to complete your return:

  1. Securely pack the item(s) in a box with the original packing slip. The box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit.
  2. If you chose to use the box your order was shipped in, please make sure to remove any existing labels/stickers.
  3. Print the return label and affix it securely to the top of the package.
  4. Please take the package to your nearest UPS facility for delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. When receiving a refund, you will be sent an email confirmation. The credit will typically be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle. If you have questions about when the funds will be returned to your account, please contact your financial institution directly. If you have not yet received a confirmation email after 30 days, please call 1-844-284-0778.

When you first arrive on the EcoTools site, look for the Welcome message or Ship To: setting on the top header of your page. Select the country to which the order will be shipped. This will change the pricing on the site to the local currency of that country. Shop the site then simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart. Once you are done just click Checkout and fill out the necessary info including payment. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation that includes your tracking information. Please note that your tracking number will not update for 2-3 business days as your package moves from the iD Commerce warehouse to the i-parcel hub in Indianapolis.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping rate will depend on three variables: 1) the country you ship to and the current Exchange Rate 2) the types of product you order and 3) the total weight of your order. i-parcel will calculate any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout and collect them on behalf of your government (you will owe nothing when your order is delivered.) To receive accurate shipping rates for your order we encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your shipping address.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. All orders are shipped via i-parcel DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), where we will collect the amount of any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout on behalf of the local government. You will owe nothing when your order is delivered.

Unique situations

CONTROL NUMBERS

When placing an order you may be asked for a control number. This is required for Brazil, Israel, Korea, Russia, South Africa, and Taiwan (it's called National ID for Taiwan). Depending on the country this could be your passport, National ID or work ID number.

INSURANCE

If your package is lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed for the value of your order up to $100. For a nominal charge those who wish to purchase additional insurance can do so during the checkout process.

SHIPPING TO SAUDI ARABIA

For customers shipping to Saudi Arabia, your order will be delivered to your locker; it is your responsibility to go pick up the shipment from your locker. Please make sure to include your locker number in the address field during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds
