Fall will officially be here in two days! The season of decorating with pumpkins, throw blankets, and cozy candles is upon us! If you can’t wait to bust out your fall décor, here are some great fall DIY ideas that you’re sure to love.
- A Fall Wreath. Nothing welcomes neighbors and the fall to the front door like a seasonal wreath! Grab a foam wreath and surround in with seasonal colored fabric strips, glued pinecones, leaves, twigs or even your favorite candy…the sky is the limit!
- The Thankful Tree. Once the leaves and branches fall off the tree, decorating with branches is a great way to bring the outdoors inside. For a twist on the branches in a vase idea, create a thankfulness tree and let children and visitors write their thankful thoughts on recycled paper and tie them to the tree! This great idea came from Simply Vintage Girl.
- Mason Jar Votive. Create a sweet votive holder but filling a mason jar with candy corn and popping a battery-powered tea light on top! You can also use acorns, or simply pop your favorite seasonal flowers in to a painted mason jar.
